Overnight Adventure at Plimoth Patuxet

September 26-27, 2026

This is a unique opportunity for Scouts and their families to spend the night at the museum while experiencing 17th-century life through hands-on activities and interactive programs. The overnight includes museum admission, a historically inspired dinner and breakfast, engaging workshops, colonial games, and a nighttime visit through the village after dark.

Campfire & Outdoor Adventures

Friday, October 16th from 5:30-8:00 pm

This event is open to all boys and girls in grades K-5 to come check out what Pack 81 is all about!

Kids will get to try out favorite activities like setting up a real campsite, playing games and joining in hands-on demonstrations, and roasting marshmallows around a campfire for s'mores. It's a night packed with games, teamwork, and a taste of the adventures ahead this year. Bring your energy, your curiosity, and your family and friends - because scouting is more fun together!

Community Service - Rake-Out Events, BBQ & Popcorn Celebration

November 7 & 14, 2026

A Scout is courteous, kind, and helpful.

Aldersgate Church is a wonderful partner to the scouts and particularly, to Pack 81. To show our support, we will be raking leaves and brush on Saturday, November 7th from 10am-noon. Immediately following the rake-out, Troop 81 will be joining us and providing a BBQ lunch in the church parking lot.

Immediately following the BBQ, we will have our Popcorn Celebration!

On Saturday, November 14th, we will show our appreciation to a local Veteran by raking their yard in honor of Veteran's Day.
