Cub Scout Pack 81 was first chartered by the Boy Scouts of America in 1963 and is a member of the Spirit of Adventure Council in the West Wind District. Serving youth primarily from South Row Elementary and Parker Middle Schools, we have a program for children in grades K-5.
As a member of Cub Scout Pack 81, children have the opportunity to learn new skills, make lifelong friends, and have fun adventures that they will remember forever. Joining our troop is a great way to grow as an individual, develop leadership skills, and become a part of a community that values respect, responsibility, and teamwork.
Pack 81 Achieved Journey to Excellence Gold Unit Award for 2023 & 2024
Journey to Excellence is the Scouting America program to help Packs, Troops, Crews, Ships and Posts to plan, monitor and evaluate their performance and their ability to serve youth. Gold is exceptional and is difficult to achieve year after year.

A scout is courteous, kind, and helpful.
Each November, we help our community by conducting a fall cleanup for a local Veteran, and for Aldersgate Church which supports our Pack with event space and assistance throughout the year. After the church rake-out, we'll enjoy a BBQ lunch with Troop 81 and then proceed to our Popcorn celebration event.

Take a break from the holiday hustle while the kids enjoy a fun-filled evening at our Cub Scout Movie Night! Scouts can hang out with friends, watch a favorite family-friendly movie, and munch on popcorn and snacks — all while parents get a few well-deserved hours to shop, wrap, or simply relax. It’s the perfect way for kids to have a blast and for parents to cross a few things off their holiday to-do list!

Get ready to spark some curiosity and creativity!
Our January STEM Event is packed with hands-on activities that let Cub Scouts explore the worlds of science, technology, engineering, and math in fun, interactive ways. Past events have included building and racing robotic cars and conducting cool science experiments — and this year promises even more exciting discoveries! Geared toward boys and girls in grades K–5, this event is a great chance to learn, create, and see how awesome STEM can be.
